Installation Requirement
 

1. Installation environment: Install the lift in the dry place with normal temperature, keep the location bright enough

 

2. Concrete: Concrete must be without reinforcing steel bars and must be dried totally before the installation;  Concrete must be in good condition. Floors must be level and no cracks; Make sure the space is enough for the model installation.

For two post lifts higher than 11,000lbs, Concrete must be thickness 6minimum and must be of test strength 3500Psi minimum.

For two post lifts not higher than 11,000lbs and all four post lifts and all scissor lifts, Concrete must be thickness  4″minimum and must be of test strength 3000Psi minimum.

 

3. POWER SUPPLY: The electrical source must be 2.2KW minimum. The source cable size must be 2.5mm² and in good condition of contacting with floor.

4. AIR SUPPLY: Air pressure requirement: 0.5Mpa~0.8Mpa, Air line size 6 and 4.

 
Notice
 

1. All anchor bolts should take full torque. If any of the bolts does not function for any reason, DO NOT use the lift until the bolt has been replaced.

2. Check the lift daily . If the model default or some parts damaged , stop the operation , repair the lift with original parts.

3.Do not overload the lift.The loading weight should under the manufacturer rated weight as indicated on the label.

4. The operation of the lift is permitted by authorised persons only;

5. Do not raise the vehicle while someone in; While the lift is raising , it is not allowed to stand under the lift;

6. Clear up the obstacle around and under the lift and make sure in the safe condition.

7. Make sure the lifting arms and rubber pads are in the proper place, do not drive the vehicle directly on the lifting arms and rubber pads to avoid damage the vehicle.

8. raise the lift slowly to the desired working height, ensuring the balance of vehicle, make sure the lift have been locked before repair the vehicle.

9. It’s necessary to read the service instructions of the vehicle carefully before disassembling or add some parts on the vehicle to avoid the centre of gravity of vehicle change while lifting.

10. Be sure clear of around and under the lift before the lift lower.

11. Move away the lifting arms and rubber pads to make sure the car can drive away without obstacle.

 
Maintenance Schedule
 

Monthly:

1.Re-torque the anchor bolts to 80-117 Nm;

2.Check all connectors, bolts and pins to insure proper mounting;

3.Lubricate cable with lubricant;

4.Make a visual inspection of all hydraulic hoses/lines for possible wear or leakage;

5.Check Safety device and make sure proper condition;

6.Check all the fitting, bolts, and conntecting pin, make sure they are in good condition.

7.Lubricate all Rollers and Pins with 90wt. Gear oil or equivalent;

 

Every six months:

1.Make a visual inspection of all moving parts for possible wear, interference or damage.

2.Check and adjust as necessary, equalizer tension of the cables to insure level lifting.

3.Check all fastening parts and tighten ;

4.Check columns for plumbness.

5.Check Rubber Pads and replace as necessary.

6.Check Safety device and make sure proper condition.
